Non-Animal Testing Declaration

Before completing the declaration please note that it is NOT product/ingredient specific and must cover the activities of the WHOLE COMPANY. Please ensure that you are aware of all testing commissioned by your company since 1st June 2007.

Please download this document to refer to while filling in this form. It includes important information about companies we do not purchase from and alternative testing we do not approve of.

Lush is a vegetarian company that has a strict policy on non-animal testing. We do not accept ingredients or products that have been tested on animals or that are produced by companies that conduct, commission or finance animal testing. Lush requires that all its suppliers comply with its Non-Animal Testing Policy and provide Lush with a signed Lush Non-Animal Testing (NAT) Declaration yearly to renew their commitment. Please note that we do not accept any other statements.

We want to ensure that your company is a trusted and long-term supplier and maintain a dialogue to understand any difficulties you may face in complying with our Non-Animal Testing Policy. To support this further, Lush engages a third party, the Ethical Consumer Research Association, to conduct annual audits of its supply chain to assess compliance with its Non-Animal Testing Policy.
